TERMS & CONDITIONS

APPLICABLE UPON ADMISSION —

1. STUDENT CONDUCT

1. The student is eligible for enrollment as they meet the admission criteria set by the Institution.

2. The student must not damage/steal any equipment (hardware and/or software) and/or property/properties owned by the Institute and/or a third-party/parties leasing and/or lending to or from the Institution during and after the duration of the course.

3. The student must cover the expense of damage(s)/theft caused by them. The reimbursement must be done by cash and/or replacement and/or repair of equipment and/or property/properties. The reimbursement will be initially deducted from the Students’/Student’s Security Deposit.

4. The student agrees for the institute to access the student(s) Security Deposit in the case of an emergency caused to the student.

5. The student will be exposed to working environments during the duration of the course at certain point(s) of time to. Here, they may see/listen/learn Corporate Interest(s)/Intellectual Property/Properties/Corporate Strategies and more. The students agree to keep them confidential to prevent data breach, jeopardizing of finance and management and prevent conflict of interest(s).

2. INSTITUTION DELIVERABLES

1. The institute may schedule/reschedule classes as deemed feasible, at any time.

2. The institute will not extend and/or reschedule a course due unforeseen absence of student(s).

3. The institute does not guarantee internships and/or placements.

4. The institute’s evaluation system does not reflect any grading system of any sort that effects/affects the student(s) completion of Course(s). On completion of Course(s) every student will receive Certificate(s) of Completion.

5. The institute’s Certificate(s) of Completion for the Student(s) shall be delivered within 1 week to 3 months from the day of completion of the Course(s). The Certificate(s) shall be in the form of a .PDF Document(s) and/or Hardcopy Document(s) and/or both. Both of which shall be delivered to the student(s) by email(s) and/or courier(s)

3. COURSE DURATON & FEE STRUCTURE

1. Lighting Design Course —
   2 Months
   ₹75,000/- (Seventy-Five Thousand Rupees Only)

2. Video Jockey Course —
   2 Months
   ₹75,000/- (Seventy-Five Thousand Rupees Only)

3. Laser Design Course —
   1 Month
   ₹60,000/- (Sixty Thousand Rupees Only)

4. Refundable Security Deposit —
   ₹10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees Only)

​4. PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The student agrees pay for the full amount of the Course(s)
   OR
   1st Month for Lighting Design Course and/or
   1st Month Video Jockey Course and/or
   first 2 Weeks for Laser Design Course
   in advance, before commencement of class.

2. The student agrees that the classes commence after payment of the Course(s).

3. The student agrees that if they miss a payment day, late fee will be applicable at ₹200 per day after the grace period of one (1) week.

4. The student agrees that if they remain dormant and/or unresponsive for a period of 1 month, their progress on their course(s) will be cancelled and they shall be discharged from the institution.

5. The student agrees to pay the needful amount to the Institute within the Payment Day set prior by the Institution.

6. The course fee is nonrefundable under any circumstance(s).
